Our Coffee
The College Hill Café, which is owned and operated by Blue State Coffee, features artisan coffees roasted by New Harvest Coffee Roasters in Pawtucket, RI. The coffee New Harvest provides Blue State Coffee is custom-made for our cafés.
New Harvest is dedicated to providing its customers with the highest quality product, sourcing the best beans every season from small estates, cooperatives, and Fair Trade participating farms. New Harvest works hard to purchase coffee from those farms that use eco-friendly farming methods and adhere to fair labor practices.
Menu Selections
In addition to exclusive coffee blends roasted by New Harvest Coffee Roasters in Pawtucket, RI, the College Hill Café offers fresh, local menu selections from local vendors. Environmentally sustainable practices at the café incude using commercially compostable cups and cutlery.
