Shipping and Handling Info
Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, typically within 48 hours of placing your order. Friday afternoon and weekend orders will not ship out until the next business day.
A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time that your order is shipped.
Processing times may vary depending on order volumne.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. You may place an order using a U.S. residential address or shop with our partner, Shop Brown On Demand, for international shipping options.
Shipping rates are based on order total (exceptions below).
We use FedEx and USPS. Most orders will be shipped via USPS, while heavier, bulkier, and more expensive items will be shipped via FedEx. The least expensive method will be used when possible.
Shipping Rates:
- $0.00 to $25.00 = $9.95
- $25.01 to $75.00 = $11.95
- $75.01 to $150.00 = $16.95
- $150.01 and up = $19.95
Orders shipped to AK, HI, or PR = $2.00 additional shipping and handling charge; will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. If a PO Box is given, your order wil be shipped USPS.

Shipping Rate Exceptions
Technology Center
Technology Center merchandise is shipped via FedEx Ground. Delivery time is about 3-7 days depending on your location. Items that are special order or out of stock will take extra time to receive from the manufacturer.

Other Shipping Exceptions
- Academic Regalia is shipped directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer charges a $20.95 shipping and handling fee for purchased regalia. Allow 9-10 weeks for delivery of regalia purchases.
- Announcements are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Contact manufacturer if there is any problem with your announcement order.
- All chair orders have a $75.00 handling charge no matter if it's delivered or picked-up in store.
- Diploma Frames are shipped directly from the manufacturer. A flat shipping fee of $22.95 for shipments within the US, international rates vary. Please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery, contact Church Hill if delivered frames are damaged or defective.
